Jeff King presented on October 6 to the Kansas Bankers Association Trust Conference in Topeka. His presentation, entitled Ethics for Trust Officers, headlined the ethics portion of the two-day event. He counseled trust officers throughout Kansas on the best procedures for accepting, administering and terminating trusts. Mr. King is a frequent speaker on trust issues at conferences throughout Kansas and Missouri and has litigated numerous large trust disputes in both states.
