Shareholders Eric Collins and Josh Jones lead Firm client through significant corporate reorganization

Firm client IntelliFarms, LLC completed a significant corporate reorganization on October 18, 2017, when IntelliAir, LLC and C2Ag, LLC were merged into IntelliFarms. A team of Collins & Jones corporate attorneys, led by shareholders Josh Jones and Eric Collins, represented IntelliFarms in this transaction.
