A team of Collins & Jones lawyers represented the shareholders of National Enzyme Company (NEC) in the sale of the stock of NEC to Chicago-based private equity firms Prairie Capital and Skyline Global Partners.

NEC was founded in 1932 and is based in Forsythe, Missouri. The company is the leading manufacturer of specialty enzymes for the digestive health market, both in the United States and internationally.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Josh Jones, Eric Collins and Kerry Morgan lead our team’s work on this large, complex transaction.
