Debbie English-Jones represented Blue Ridge Bank & Trust Co. in connection with a $4.9 million construction loan for the construction of a new hotel in Liberty, Missouri, together with a term loan to take out the construction loan at completion of the hotel. Debbie’s services included the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, plus tri-party agreements with the hotel franchisor, the general contractor and the architect, as well as the diligence review of the SBA authorization, applicable property covenants and other matters.
