DEBORAH D. ENGLISH-JONES | SENIOR ATTORNEY
Debbie focuses her practice primarily in the area of trusts and estates and real estate and lending. She works with clients to create and implement estate plans, including the drafting of wills and other estate planning documents and the creation of trusts. She also assists with probate administration, guardianships, conservatorships and juvenile law.
Deborah D. English-Jones focuses her practice on transactional matters, including trusts and estates, real estate, and lending. She advises individuals, families, business owners, and agricultural clients on the design and implementation of estate plans, including wills, trusts, and related wealth transfer strategies. She also advises clients in connection with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Her practice includes probate and trust administration, as well as guardianships and conservatorships. In addition, she represents clients in real estate and lending matters, including agricultural transactions, energy leasing for agricultural clients, and the acquisition and disposition of real property, including farms, hotels, and commercial properties. She has experience representing lenders and owners in connection with construction, development, and acquisition financing.
Prior to relocating to Missouri, Debbie was a partner at a national law firm in Houston, Texas, where she represented clients in a broad range of real estate and lending transactions. She moved to Missouri in 2007 and resides in the Osceola area with her family.
