TIFFANY LLOYD | SENIOR PARALEGAL

Tiffany is a seasoned litigation paralegal with 25 years of experience who joined the Firm in 2015. Tiffany is skilled in case management, trial preparation, legal research and discovery, and is dedicated to providing thorough support to attorneys and clients alike. Tiffany is a vital asset to the team at Collins & Jones, P.C.

Tiffany was born and raised in west central Missouri and graduated from the University of Central Missouri with her bachelor’s degree in political science.  When Tiffany is not working, she enjoys farming with her husband and all sorts of outdoor activities.  Tiffany also sits on the board of the National Crossbow Association.  

MADISON JONES | PARALEGAL

Madison was born and raised in Osceola, Missouri, and graduated with honors from Missouri State University, earning a double major in Criminology and Psychology. She also holds certifications in Criminal Courts and Forensic Child Psychology. While in college, Madison spent a semester abroad at the University of Chester in England, broadening her cultural perspectives.

During her time at Missouri State, Madison volunteered with the Midwest Innocence Project, gaining valuable experience in wrongful conviction cases. She joined Collins & Jones, P.C. as a paralegal in January 2025 and assists Firm clients with criminal law and general civil litigation matters.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

MEAGAN CASHELL | PARALEGAL

Originally from Iowa, Meagan graduated from Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri, with a double major in Psychology and Criminology & Justice Studies, and a minor in Human Relations, concentrating in Human Behaviors. She completed her practicum with the Prosecutor’s Office in the Victim’s Advocate Program at the Jackson County, Missouri Courthouse. Meagan has nearly four years of experience investigating child abuse and neglect with Child Protection Services in the states of Missouri and Oklahoma. In addition, she spent several years with Catholic Charities as a Lead Program Specialist for the Family Financial Transformations Program, assisting families across the Kansas City Metro area in achieving financial stability and long-term self-sufficiency.

Outside of her professional life, she’s been married for over a decade to her husband and they have three energetic young boys. Her husband’s family is originally from Osceola and they take great pride in maintaining strong family roots and traditions. Life in their home is busy and lively but centered around family and community.

ANNA PHILLIPS | PARALEGAL

Anna Phillips rejoined the Firm in 2025 as a Paralegal, supporting the Firm’s transactional practice. Notably, Anna was the Firm’s very first employee, initially joining shortly after college in 2010.

Anna graduated as class valedictorian from Osceola High School and earned her bachelor’s degree with honors from Missouri State University, where she majored in Mass Media Operations and minored in Political Science and Music.

In 2015, Anna joined the St. Clair County Circuit Clerk’s Office, serving as the Domestic and Probate Clerk. She later transitioned to public service with the Missouri Department of Corrections, where she worked as a Probation and Parole Officer. In that role, Anna supervised a wide range of offenders, including individuals convicted of domestic violence and sexual offenses, as well as those with serious mental illness. She also served as a panel member for the Vernon County Recovery Court and Mental Health Court programs.

Anna is Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) certified and is known for her strong client relations skills, professionalism, and ability to navigate complex and sensitive matters with care.

She resides in Nevada, Missouri, with her husband, stepdaughter, and four pets, and enjoys traveling and building meaningful community relationships.

MICHELLE JOHNSON | FIRM ADMINISTRATOR – OPERATIONS

Michelle is a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal with deep roots in the Osceola community. A proud Osceola native, she graduated as valedictorian from Osceola High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Economics with honors from the University of Central Missouri.

After college, Michelle spent two years as an AmeriCorps Member, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity to help families achieve safe and affordable housing. Upon returning to her hometown to raise her daughter, she worked for many years at a locally owned business, where she built strong relationships within the community.

Michelle joined Collins & Jones, P.C. as a Legal Assistant in 2024 and now serves as a Firm Administrator. She brings a strong commitment to service, sharp analytical skills, and a genuine passion for helping others to her role. As Operations Administrator, Michelle oversees the firm’s daily operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and a wide range of administrative responsibilities that support the firm’s overall efficiency and success.

ERICA MARTIN, CPA | FIRM ADMINISTRATOR – PLANNING AND SPECIAL PROJECTS

Erica Martin joined Collins & Jones P.C. as the Firm Administrator in 2021, after working in the public accounting field for five years. Erica was born and raised in Osceola, Missouri. After graduating from Osceola High School, she went on to earn degrees in Accounting, Finance and Mathematics from Drury University. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. As Firm Administrator, Erica plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm behind the scenes. She manages a wide range of non-operational functions, including supporting staff and addressing their needs, maintaining the firm’s website and social media presence, ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding strategic planning efforts, overseeing financial administration, and leading various special projects that contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth and success.

Erica devotes her time outside of work to raising children, homesteading and spending time outside, preferably on the water. She also plays an integral role in running several family-owned businesses with her husband. Erica is a member of the Osceola Optimist Club and sits on the board of Clays for A Cause.

AMANDA COMER | LEGAL ASSISTANT

Amanda Comer joined Collins & Jones, P.C. in November 2023 as the Firm’s Legal Administrative Assistant in our Raymore office. Amanda handles the influx of phone calls, organization of all files and the handling of the Firm’s calendar, while keeping up with the day-to-day upkeep of the office.

Before coming to Collins & Jones, P.C., Amanda worked for over 25 years in the restaurant industry. She began as a hostess and worked her way up over the years into management roles. Amanda’s years of customer experience make her a valuable asset when working with the public and clients of the Firm.

FREDA CHISM | LEGAL ASSISTANT

Freda joined the Firm in September 2024 as the Firm’s Legal Administrative Assistant in our Osceola office. Freda handles all of our traffic citations, fielding phone calls, filing and assisting staff with various tasks.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she moved to the area in 1997. As Nana to 13 grandchildren, she tries to attend as many of their events as possible. Freda is also an active member of her church.
