Joshua Harden is an experienced trial attorney and acts as outside general counsel to businesses in highly regulated industries. Joshua’s background is in public utility law and regulatory litigation. He brings a panoramic perspective, deep legal knowledge and a strategic mindset to complex challenges facing his clients. Joshua has successfully represented many clients in state regulatory proceedings, including certification of large infrastructure projects, allegations of environmental violations, and professional licensure issues. He also represents clients in complex construction disputes, including mediation and arbitration proceedings, as well as, state and federal litigation. Joshua’s clients range from large renewable energy developers, counties and municipalities, large commercial and industrial businesses, public utilities, general contractors and financial institutions. Prior to joining Collins & Jones, P.C. Joshua served as general counsel of the Missouri Public Service Commission and worked at a large national law firm.
